Customer Service Survey Begins on Sept 25

GVEA has hired National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s (NRECA) Market Research Services to conduct a brief phone survey of GVEA’s members. The confidential survey will be focused on customer service and should only take a few minutes of your time.

  • The survey will begin on Monday, Sept. 25. It’s anticipated that the survey will be completed by Friday, Sept. 29.
  • The calling times will be from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

The NRECA callers will identify themselves as calling on behalf of GVEA.  If requested, a number will be provided if the member would like to verify the legitimacy of the call.
