We appreciate those members who have reported trees in power lines (aka hazard trees). The crews are in the process of cleaning up after the storm, and many of these trees will be cleared, but this will take time. Similar to how the outage was worked, the crews are starting with the primary lines. Be aware that it will take many weeks to clear all the hazard trees from our service area.
If you’ve already reported a hazard tree, there’s no need to duplicate the report. If you have yet to report a hazard tree, the best way to do so is to provide the following info by email (email@example.com) or phone (907-452-1151):
- Service location (house number and street name) closest to the hazard tree.
- Your contact number (in case there are questions).
- Full description of the problem.
